Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices (about 1 oz.) Provolone cheese
- 4 (6-inch) pita bread rounds
Method
- Crumble sausage into a shallow 1-quart casserole.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until sausage is brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
