Ingredients
- 1 load french bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Method
- Tear day-old french bread into 1 inch cubes and put into 1 large or 2 medium greased casserole dishes.
- In a separate bowl blend 4 eggs, cheddar cheese soup, 1 soup can of water, 2 cups cheese.
- Pour over bread.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- (Cooked sausage, bacon, onion, etc. can be added if desired.)
