Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Method
- Brown sausage; drain and cool.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
- Add bread cubes; stir well.
- Add cheese, mushrooms and sausage.
- Put in greased 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until firm and gold around the edges.
