Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 10 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 3 slices bread, cubed
Method
- Brown sausage and drain well.
- Beat eggs together.
- Add all other ingredients to beaten eggs.
- Refrigerate overnight in a covered bowl.
- The next day, pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
