Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage or 1/2 lb. ham, cut up
- softened butter
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
Method
- Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble well.
- Drain on paper towel and set aside.
- Spread each slice of bread with butter and cut into cubes.
- Place cubes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with sausage or ham.
- Top with cheese.
