Ingredients
- 2 lb. veal steak
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. drippings
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
Method
- Dip cutlets in egg and crumbs.
- Season.
- Brown in drippings on top of stove to brown meat.
- Place in casserole or baking dish. Add water and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over veal; cover.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours.
