Ingredients
- 4 thick rib chops
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. warm water
Method
- In a bowl, mix egg yolk, salt and milk.
- Moisten chops with damp cloth.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cracker crumbs and dip into mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs on chops and place in baking dish.
- Add water.
- Cover and bake 1 hour in a 350° oven, turning chops several times.
- Serves 4.
