Ingredients
- 4 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers (15 cukes)
- 6 medium onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 sweet red pepper, cut in strips
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 1/3 c. salt
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Method
- Mix in a large stock pot.
- Add cukes and bring to a boil. Seal in hot jars.
- (No need to process due to high vinegar content.)
