Ingredients

- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. brandy
Method
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Add in butter and boiling water.
- Mix well and cook together 6 min or possibly till clear.
- Add in brandy after you remove saucepan from heat.
- Serve hot over cake or possibly pudding.
- 8 to 10 servings.
