Ingredients
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low, stirring to blend well, for 5 minutes.
- Brush on pork or poultry during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling time.
- Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator.
