Ingredients
- 5 c. julienne cut turnips
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. ready-to-serve no-salt-added chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a nonstick skillet and saut over low heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broth and next 2 ingredients; cover and cook over low heat 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
