Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sweet onion large, sliced
  • 1 1/4 pounds broccoli rabe tough ends removed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 jar Bertolli(R) Riserva Marinara Sauce
  • 14 1/2 ounces cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces bow tie pasta cooked according to package directions

Method

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat in large nonstick skillet. Add onion and cook 8 minutes or until very tender, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli rabe and cook 7 minutes or until broccoli rabe is tender-crisp. Stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in Bertolli(R) Riserva Marinara Sauce and beans and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Toss with hot pasta and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
