Ingredients
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 to 3 slices bacon, diced
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine mustard, salt, sugar and catsup in medium bowl.
- Add onion and corn; mix thoroughly.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Top with bacon.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
