Ingredients

  • 1 can hearts of artichokes, packed in water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can mushroom pieces or chopped fresh ones
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • garlic powder, lemon pepper and onion flakes to taste

Method

  • Chop artichokes into very small pieces and mix all ingredients together.
  • Add garlic powder, lemon pepper and onion flakes to taste.
  • Pour into non-stick sprayed casserole. Spread 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine on top, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in 375° oven until cheese is melted and top is brown.
