Ingredients
- 1 can hearts of artichokes, packed in water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can mushroom pieces or chopped fresh ones
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- garlic powder, lemon pepper and onion flakes to taste
Method
- Chop artichokes into very small pieces and mix all ingredients together.
- Add garlic powder, lemon pepper and onion flakes to taste.
- Pour into non-stick sprayed casserole. Spread 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine on top, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 375° oven until cheese is melted and top is brown.
