Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce.) can condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 c. finely minced nuts
  • Strawberries, green grapes & kiwi

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Makes a 12" pie.
  • In medium bowl combine condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.
  • Chill.
  • In large bowl beat butter and sugar till fluffy; fold in flour, oats and walnuts till thoroughly blended.
  • On lightly oiled pizza pan, press dough into pan forming a rimmed edge.
  • Prick with fork.
  • Bake 10 min.
  • Cold.
  • Spoon filling onto crust.
  • Arrange fruit on top: green grapes, strawberries, kiwi fruit.
  • Refrigeratebefore serving and chill left overs.
