Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • good dollop of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 shot dry vermouth
  • little sprinkle of paprika

Method

  • In a saucepan, melt butter.
  • Squeeze into the pan the juice of 1/2 lemon; take out seeds.
  • Add mayonnaise and dry vermouth and stir with a fork.
  • Lay out filets on foil on a broiler pan.
  • Pour and spread evenly the mixture from the saucepan over the filets. Let sit for 15 minutes or so.
  • Sprinkle with a little paprika and broil close to flame.
