Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- good dollop of mayonnaise
- 1/2 shot dry vermouth
- little sprinkle of paprika
Method
- In a saucepan, melt butter.
- Squeeze into the pan the juice of 1/2 lemon; take out seeds.
- Add mayonnaise and dry vermouth and stir with a fork.
- Lay out filets on foil on a broiler pan.
- Pour and spread evenly the mixture from the saucepan over the filets. Let sit for 15 minutes or so.
- Sprinkle with a little paprika and broil close to flame.
