Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sweet cream or whipping cream
- Solo fruit filling or any good fruit preserves
Method
- Cut butter into flour, sugar and baking powder.
- Add yolks and sweet cream.
- Shape into ball and chill overnight.
- Roll out about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut with cutter or shape into rounds or squares. Place fruit filling in center.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
