- 2 lb. ground turkey meat
- 2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
- 2 cans beer
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 small cans chopped Ortega chilies
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry turkey meat and drain.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Then simmer for 2 hours.
