Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 x (10-oz) cans concentrated tomato soup
- 1/3 lb cheese, cut in small squares Salt and pepper
- 16 slc of toast
Method
- Heat butter or possibly margarine slowly in kettle.
- Blend in flour.
- Mix till all the lumps are gone.
- Add in soup, just as it comes in the can.
- Stir to combine.
- When thoroughly heated, add in cheese.
- Stir gently till melted.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on toast.
