Ingredients
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. brandy
- 1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1 c. light cream
Method
- Saute rosemary and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
- Add cream and brandy and heat for 10 minutes.
- Add cheese.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve over penne, ziti or shells.
