Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Method
- Mix flour, oleo and pecans well and press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
- Let cool.
