Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- juice of 3 lemons
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, diced
- 2 pkg. ladyfingers
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 pt. blueberries, rinsed and dried
Method
- Combine the yolks, lemon juice and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
- Cook over simmering water until sugar is dissolved.
- Add butter; continue to simmer until mixture thickens. Pour in a clean bowl.
- Chill.
