Ingredients
- 4 c. fresh blueberries or 4 c. frozen, well drained
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Mix well.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
- Yields about 4 cups.
