Ingredients
- 1 baked pie crust (regular size), cooled
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. La Creme whipped topping, thawed
- 1 3/4 c. blueberry pie filling
Method
- Sprinkle pecans in bottom of baked crust.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- Beat in whipped topping.
- Place cream cheese mixture in pie crust; top with pie filling.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.
- Serves 6.
