Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie crust (regular size), cooled
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. La Creme whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 3/4 c. blueberry pie filling

Method

  • Sprinkle pecans in bottom of baked crust.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
  • Beat in whipped topping.
  • Place cream cheese mixture in pie crust; top with pie filling.
  • Chill at least 4 hours.
  • Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.
  • Serves 6.
