Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 qt. fresh blueberries
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar substitute
Method
- Combine blueberries, cornstarch and sugar substitute in bowl. Mix and coat well.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 425° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Yield: 8 servings.
