Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 3/4 c. lukewarm milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 c. flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Beat eggs.
- Combine dissolved yeast, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter and salt in this order and mix well.
- Add flour to make sticky dough.
- Allow to stand in warm place 15 minutes.
- Shape into cinnamon rolls.
- Let rise 15 minutes. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
