Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. lukewarm water
  • 3/4 c. lukewarm milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. flour

Method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Combine dissolved yeast, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter and salt in this order and mix well.
  • Add flour to make sticky dough.
  • Allow to stand in warm place 15 minutes.
  • Shape into cinnamon rolls.
  • Let rise 15 minutes. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.
