Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 3 c. blueberries
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  • Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  • Coat blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar and set aside.
  • Pour pineapple into dish and then blueberries.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit.
  • Melt margarine and drizzle over mix.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and chopped pecans on top. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
