Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 3 c. blueberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Coat blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar and set aside.
- Pour pineapple into dish and then blueberries.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit.
- Melt margarine and drizzle over mix.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and chopped pecans on top. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
