Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce light rum
  • 3/4 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce blue curacao
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce prepared sweet-and-sour mix
  • 1 slice pineapple, garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
  • crushed ice
  • VERSION 2
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce blue curacao
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • 1 slice pineapple, garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
  • crushed ice

Method

  • Combine all ingredients of version 1 or 2 and mix well in blender.
  • Serve in a highball glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
