- 3/4 ounce light rum
- 3/4 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce blue curacao
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce prepared sweet-and-sour mix
- 1 slice pineapple, garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
- crushed ice
- VERSION 2
- 1 ounce light rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 slice pineapple, garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
- crushed ice
Method
- Combine all ingredients of version 1 or 2 and mix well in blender.
- Serve in a highball glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
