Ingredients
- 12 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 12 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives
Method
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, 1 tablespoon minced shallot and 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives, mashing slightly with a fork.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 1 day.
- Serve with carrot sticks, celery, peppers, cucumbers or French fries.
