Ingredients
- 16 ounce Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 pkt Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 x Individual seving size containers of rasberry yougurt
- 2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn Blackberries Crisp chocolate coockies, (optional)
Method
- Whip yougurt and pudding mix till smooth.
- Add in cream and beat on high till stiff peaks form.
- Mix in Blackberries.
- Serve chilled in dessert glasses with a cookie for garnish.
