Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Black Seedless Grapes
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 ounces, weight Chopped Walnuts

Method

  • Wash, stem and dry grapes. Note: The secret is to get the grapes as dry as you can.
  • In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Carefully fold in grapes until well incorporated. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate. A couple hours before serving, top with brown sugar and walnuts.
