Ingredients
- 4 pounds Black Seedless Grapes
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Walnuts
Method
- Wash, stem and dry grapes. Note: The secret is to get the grapes as dry as you can.
- In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Carefully fold in grapes until well incorporated. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate. A couple hours before serving, top with brown sugar and walnuts.
