Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Butter, Cut Up
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 16 ounces, weight Bag Frozen Yellow Corn
- 1/2 cups Water
- 3/4 teaspoons Cornstarch
Method
- Add all ingredients, except cornstarch and water into a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until butter is melted.
- In a small bowl or cup, combine water and cornstarch mixing well.
- Pour the cornstarch slurry over the corn , stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy.
