Ingredients
- 6 oz. root beer, chilled
- 3 small scoops (about 3/4 c.) vanilla ice cream
- chilled soda (optional)
Method
- Fill a 14-ounce glass 1/3 full with root beer.
- Add 1 scoop ice cream.
- Pour in about 1/4 cup more root beer.
- Add 2 more scoops of ice cream.
- Pour in enough root beer to fill glass. Serve with club soda to add for extra carbonation, if desired.
