- 2 cans (15 Oz.) Black Beans, Drained
- 3/4 cups Tahini (sesame Seed Paste)
- 1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro, Packed
- 1 cup Onion, Rough Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
Method
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
- (Makes about 4 cups.)
