Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks
Method
- Beat egg whites till stiff and mix in, stirring slowly.
- Pour 1 c. batter into well buttered and very warm skillet.
- When slightly brown, flip over and put into warm oven for approximately 4 min.
- Serve with syrup or possibly jam.
- Serves 2 people.
