Ingredients
- 3 cans Bing cherries
- 3 pkg. banana-strawberry jello
- 3 c. Port wine
- 3 envelopes gelatin
- 3 small pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Heat 1 cup cherry juice and the Port wine.
- Pour remaining cherry juice over plain gelatin.
- Put both gelatins together and dissolve in hot cherry juice and Port wine.
- Stir and mix together.
- Add cherries, which have been cut in half.
- Pour into ring mold.
- Serve with cream cheese that has been softened with a bit of cream.
