Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) jarreal mayonnaise
  • 12 bunch fresh parsley, leaves coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion, greens only, coarsely chopped
  • 4 large dill pickles, cut into chunks, then dried with paper towels as best you can

Method

  • This was always made by hand, and is just as good, but then came the food processor.
  • place all ingredients into a food processor and chop until desired consistency.
  • put as much back into jar as you can, bowl and lid the rest.
  • This is good for mixing in with tuna and chicken salad.
  • on top of fish, in fish sandwiches, etc.
