- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- Pour melted butter over in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over.
- Bake 1/2 hour more.
