Ingredients
- 1 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Egg Beaters
- 4 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 egg whites
Method
- Blend together with hand mixer the liquid Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla.
- Alternate adding a little flour and then a little milk.
- Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold egg whites into cake mixture.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a Bundt pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
- Serves 10 to 12.
