Ingredients

  • 1 c. liquid Butter Buds
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Egg Beaters
  • 4 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 egg whites

Method

  • Blend together with hand mixer the liquid Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla.
  • Alternate adding a little flour and then a little milk.
  • Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Fold egg whites into cake mixture.
  • Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a Bundt pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
  • Serves 10 to 12.
