Ingredients

  • 25 dates (pitted)
  • 2cups nuts (almonds and pistachios)
  • 1/2 cup choc chips
  • 2 tbsp flax
  • 2 tbsp chia
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • can try:
  • oats
  • peanut butter
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sunflower seeds

Method

  • 1. chop nuts then chocolate chips in processor then set aside
  • 2. puree dates into paste
  • 3. Add flax, chia, coconut, cranberries, coconut oil. chocolate powder. puree a few pulses.
  • 4. add back nuts.
  • 5. silplat and fridge. cut.
