Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 c. red wine
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Bake in covered casserole dish at 300° for 3 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
