Ingredients

  • 3 c. or 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries or blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Method

  • Place berries in microwave-safe 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; spread on berries. Microwave, uncovered, on High 7 to 10 minutes, or until berries are hot and bubbly.
  • Let stand 10 minutes.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
