Ingredients
- 3 c. or 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries or blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Place berries in microwave-safe 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix remaining ingredients; spread on berries. Microwave, uncovered, on High 7 to 10 minutes, or until berries are hot and bubbly.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
