Ingredients
- 6 cups berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4-5 Tbsp. water
Method
- Mix berries and sugar. Place in a 9x13 pan. Mix flour, salt, shortening and water to make pie crust.
- Roll out and cut into strips.
- Lay on top of fruit.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
