Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. dried minced onions
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • dash of garlic powder (optional)
  • 8 oz. beer

Method

  • Cut the Velveeta and Cheddar into small chunks and place in food processor.
  • Let come to room temperature.
  • Add all other ingredients except the beer.
  • Start processor and slowly add the beer.
  • Process until mixture is smooth.
  • Let set overnight in refrigerator or until the dried onions absorb the liquid in the mix.
  • Serve as a dip with crackers or any raw vegetable.
