Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. dried minced onions
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- dash of garlic powder (optional)
- 8 oz. beer
Method
- Cut the Velveeta and Cheddar into small chunks and place in food processor.
- Let come to room temperature.
- Add all other ingredients except the beer.
- Start processor and slowly add the beer.
- Process until mixture is smooth.
- Let set overnight in refrigerator or until the dried onions absorb the liquid in the mix.
- Serve as a dip with crackers or any raw vegetable.
