Ingredients
- 1 c. flour, sifted with 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. beer
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Method
- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg yolks and stir in beer; add to flour and stir only until blended.
- Add margarine and let stand 1 hour. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture.
- Great for shrimp and fish pieces or almost anything.
- Deep fat fry.
