Ingredients

  • Beef roast
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • You will be wrapping the roast in foil.
  • Use wide foil to contain the mushroom soup.
  • Place foil and roast in roasting pan.
  • Add in the mushroom soup.
  • Don't add in water.
  • Close the foil around the roast so which the soup won't cook away.
  • The roast and soup should be completely enclosed in foil.
  • Roast at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
  • The meat will be well-done and the mushroom gravy brown and ready-to-eat -- no flour to add in -- no mess.
