Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg. small Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar, salt and pepper
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce

Method

  • Cook noodles; drain.
  • Brown ground beef.
  • Add sugar, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
  • Cook 5 minutes.
  • Soften cream cheese with sour cream.
  • Put 1/2 noodles on bottom of baking dish.
  • Add 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 cream cheese mixture; repeat.
  • Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  • Cook 30 minutes at 350°.
