Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 pkg. small Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar, salt and pepper
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
Method
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Brown ground beef.
- Add sugar, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Soften cream cheese with sour cream.
- Put 1/2 noodles on bottom of baking dish.
- Add 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 cream cheese mixture; repeat.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Cook 30 minutes at 350°.
