Ingredients
- round or sirloin steak, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. hot oil
- 1 onion, diced or sliced
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Cut steak in strips.
- Brown in hot oil.
- Add onion and garlic.
- Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add to meat; heat thoroughly.
- This may be prepared in an electric skillet.
- Serve with 6 ounce noodles which have been cooked and drained.
