Ingredients

  • round or sirloin steak, cut in strips
  • 2 Tbsp. hot oil
  • 1 onion, diced or sliced
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Cut steak in strips.
  • Brown in hot oil.
  • Add onion and garlic.
  • Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add to meat; heat thoroughly.
  • This may be prepared in an electric skillet.
  • Serve with 6 ounce noodles which have been cooked and drained.
