Ingredients
- 3 lb. stew meat (round steak or I use sirloin tip roast), cut in strips
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 3/4 c. red cooking wine
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
Method
- Mix and cook for 3 hours at 350°.
- Serves 6 to 8.
