Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- potatoes
- carrots
- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) roast
Method
- Butter bottom and 1/2 way up sides of pan.
- Sprinkle onion soup in bottom of pan.
- Lay roast on top of soup.
- Put potatoes and carrots around roast.
- Mix soups and 1 1/2 to 2 soup cans of water.
- Pour on top of roast.
- Cover and cook at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
